1. General Refund Policy
At Aaryash Printing Solutions, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the custom and personalized nature of our printing services, we maintain specific refund guidelines to ensure fairness for all parties.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Before Production: Orders cancelled before production has started (within 24 hours of order placement and before proof approval)
- Our Error: We made a printing error that significantly differs from the approved proof
- Damaged in Transit: Products arrive damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence)
- Defective Products: Manufacturing defects that affect the quality or usability of the product
- Wrong Order: We shipped the wrong product entirely
2.2 Partial Refund (50%)
A partial refund may be issued in these situations:
- Minor Quality Issues: Minor quality issues that don't significantly affect the overall product
- Color Variations: Slight color variations that are within industry-standard tolerance (±10%)
- Cancellation After Production Started: Orders cancelled after production has begun but before completion
2.3 No Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Customer Errors: Errors in the customer-supplied artwork, content, or specifications that were approved in the proof
- Design Dissatisfaction: Customer dissatisfaction with their own design after approval
- Color Expectations: Color differences due to screen variations (monitors display colors differently than print)
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations after the order has been completed
- Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind after production has started
- Delivered Products: Products that have been delivered and accepted without reported issues within 48 hours
- Damaged After Delivery: Products damaged after successful delivery and acceptance
3. Proof Approval Process
To minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction:
- We provide digital proofs for all orders before production
- Customers must review and approve proofs before we proceed
- Proof approval signifies acceptance of design, colors, text, and layout
- Once approved, the customer is responsible for the content
- Important: Please carefully review all text, images, colors, and layouts before approval
4. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- If we make an error in production, we will reprint at no charge
- If the quality doesn't meet our standards, we will reprint or refund
- All HP Indigo 7K prints are guaranteed for color accuracy and quality
- We use premium materials and follow strict quality control procedures
5. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and:
- Assess the issue based on our refund policy
- Request additional information if needed
- Provide a resolution (refund, reprint, or credit)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Original Payment Method: 7-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Immediate
7. Alternatives to Refunds
We may offer alternatives that better serve your needs:
- Reprint: We'll reprint your order at no charge
- Store Credit: Credit towards a future order (with 10% bonus)
- Partial Discount: Discount on the current order
- Rush Reprint: Expedited reprint if you have a deadline
8. Cancellation Policy
Before Proof Approval
- Full refund minus any design fees already incurred
- No questions asked cancellation
After Proof Approval, Before Production
- Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Must cancel within 24 hours of approval
During Production
- 50% refund on unfinished portion
- Cannot cancel once production is complete
After Production Complete
- No cancellation possible
- Refund only for quality issues as per policy
9. Shipping and Handling Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless the error was ours
- If we caused the issue, we cover all shipping costs for reprints
10. Rush Orders
- Rush order fees are non-refundable once we begin production
- If we cannot meet the rush deadline, rush fees will be refunded
- Regular refund policy still applies to rush orders
11. Custom Design Services
- Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun
- You receive all design files regardless of printing decision
- Design revisions included as per service agreement
12. Bulk Orders (50+ Units)
- Sample approval required before full production
- Refunds based on defective units only
- Replacement units provided for verified defects
- Special terms may apply - discussed before order placement
13. Color Matching
Important Information:
- Colors may vary slightly between screen display and print (RGB vs CMYK)
- Industry standard allows ±10% color variation
- We provide Pantone matching for an additional fee
- Request a printed color proof if exact color matching is critical
- Digital proofs are for layout/content only, not exact color matching
14. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- Request a review by senior management
- Provide additional evidence for reconsideration
- We'll respond within 5 business days
- Final decisions rest with management
15. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly for:
- Long-term customers
- Exceptional circumstances
- Goodwill gestures
16. Policy Updates
This refund policy may be updated periodically. Current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
