Ordering and Payment

Order Process

• All orders must be placed through our official channels
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
• We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion

• Payment is required before production begins

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Additional charges may apply for rush orders

Delivery Area

We provide delivery services to Durg and surrounding areas. Delivery charges may apply based on location and order size.

Quality and Satisfaction

• Quality issues resulting from poor source materials provided by the client
• Color variations due to monitor/print differences
• Errors in client-provided content

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for providing our printing services.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations before production: Full refund
• Cancellations during production: Partial refund based on work completed
• Cancellations after completion: No refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or equipment failures.
